Join a OneWave community near you. From Fluro Fridays to Salty Sessions, we're bringing colour to mental health through surfing, saltwater therapy and conversations about mental health.

All our community events are FREE and everyone is welcome! Whether you're keen to surf, swim or just grab a coffee and chat with some good humans, we'd love to see you.

Join our free OneWave x headspace Salty Sessions at the following beaches:

The Farm, Killalea
Every Thursday, 19 November - 17 December, 6:30am - 8:00am

FREE to attend! Join one or all sessions. No surfing or yoga experience needed. Surfboards and some equipment provided.
